What if My PayPal Payout Doesn’t Go Through?

If your Cash Back does not arrive by PayPal, or if we are unable to send the payment through PayPal for any reason, we will cancel the PayPal transaction and send your monthly payout by check. If you do not contact us to resolve the PayPal error, your monthly payout will continue to be paid by check until you do.

If we need to send your payout by check instead of PayPal, please allow 2-5 business days for your check to arrive in the mail.
